1. Introduction




Welcome to Virtual Tech Box LLP. By enrolling in our courses, programs, or using our services, you (“the User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.



2. Services




Virtual Tech Box LLP provides professional training, workshops, and skill development programs aimed at enhancing employability, including offering guaranteed job interview opportunities to eligible candidates.



3. Eligibility




You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You must also meet any prerequisites outlined for specific programs or courses.



4. Payment and Refund Policy



  • All course and service fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment plan prior to accessing the content or services.



  • Refund Policy:



    • A full refund is available if requested within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided that no more than 10% of course material has been accessed.



    • No refunds shall be issued after 7 days, or if more than 10% of the material has been accessed, whichever comes first.



    • Refunds for services bundled with third-party certifications, exam vouchers, or other non-refundable components will exclude the non-refundable amounts.




  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [refunds@virtualtechbox.com].



  • Processing time for refunds may take up to 21 working days.




5. Guaranteed Job Interview Policy



  • Eligibility: To qualify for the guaranteed job interview, you must:



    • Successfully complete the enrolled program, including all assessments and projects.



    • Maintain a minimum attendance record of 90% (if applicable).



    • Comply with all Virtual Tech Box LLP’s behavioral and academic policies.



    • Prepare a professional resume with the assistance of our placement cell.




  • Scope of Guarantee:



    • We guarantee a minimum of one job interview opportunity within 90 days of course completion, provided the above conditions are met.



    • We do not guarantee a job offer, job placement, or a particular salary package.



    • Interview opportunities will be arranged based on available openings with partner companies and your skills alignment.




  • Failure to Attend: If you miss a scheduled interview without valid reason, your eligibility for further interviews under this guarantee will be forfeited.




6. Intellectual Property




All course materials, documentation, videos, and other resources are the intellectual property of Virtual Tech Box LLP or its licensors. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.



7. Code of Conduct




Users are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times during training and in interactions with trainers, staff, and peers. Any abusive behavior, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty may result in termination from the program without refund.



8. Limitation of Liability



  • Virtual Tech Box LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.



  • Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.




9. Force Majeure




We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.



10. Amendments




Virtual Tech Box LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify all our users of material changes via email or notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
